If you submit reviews, ideas, or feedback (“Submissions”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use and display them for operating and promoting the Services. Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors or omissions (e.g., pricing, availability). We may correct, update, or cancel orders affected by such errors at any time (including after submission) where permitted by law.

16. governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of La Rioja (Spain) for any dispute.

17. miscellaneous

If any term is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms, together with linked policies, are the entire agreement between you and us. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer.

18. changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
