Returns and Refunds

Single window: 15 calendar days from delivery for returns, exchanges, or issues.

Return costs:

Issues (damaged, defective, wrong item): we cover return shipping.

Change of mind/variant: customer covers return shipping.

Refund/replacement is processed after we receive and inspect the return.

1. eligibility

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging. Please have your order number or proof of purchase.

2. how to start a return

Email us at heydinvesting@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and—if applicable—photos of the item/packaging.

We’ll reply with approval, a return label (when applicable), and instructions.

3. damages & issues

Check your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days at heydinvesting@gmail.com. We’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement.

4. exceptions

We cannot accept returns of:

Used items or items handled beyond what’s necessary to check their condition.

Gift cards.

Parcels sent without prior authorization or past the deadline.

Promotions: Returns are accepted for items purchased with discounts or promo codes (excluding “final sale”).

5. exchanges

Need a different variant? Request a return within 15 days and place a new order once approved. If stock allows, we can arrange a direct replacement.

6. eu right of withdrawal

If your order ships within the European Union, you have a legal 14-day withdrawal right without reason. Our 15-day policy extends that right.

Return the item under the same conditions stated above.

We refund the product price (and, where required by law, the standard shipping).

Return shipping for withdrawal is at the customer’s expense.

7. refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved:

We process the refund to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received the refund, please email heydinvesting@gmail.com.
