Shipping Policy

1. where we ship

We currently ship to: United States, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Canada, and Australia.

2. shipping cost

Free & insured shipping: United States and Spain (all orders).

Tracked low-cost shipping (calculated at checkout): Germany, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Australia.
All parcels include tracking and loss/damage coverage.

3. processing & delivery times

Processing time: 2–3 business days (payment check, packing).

Transit time (business days):

US / Spain: 8–12

Germany / France / UK: 8–12

Canada / Australia: 9–14

Total ETA: typically 10–15 business days, depending on destination and seasonal demand.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays at origin/destination.

4. tracking & notifications

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48h to show the first scan after carrier pickup.

5. order changes & address corrections

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase or before it moves to “processing.” If you spot an address error, email us immediately at heydinvesting@gmail.com.

6. missed deliveries / return to sender

If a parcel can’t be delivered and is returned to sender, we can reship (reshipping cost charged to the customer) or refund the product minus non-recoverable logistics costs.

7. insured shipping (lost or damaged)

If your order arrives damaged/defective or is lost in transit, you’re covered. Contact us within 15 days of the actual or estimated delivery date with your order number (and photos if applicable). We’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement.

8. partial shipments

To speed delivery, some orders may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each.

9. customs, duties & taxes

EU (Spain, Germany, France): typically no additional charges to the end customer.

United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: local duties or taxes may apply in rare cases and, if charged, are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll notify you if we detect issues.

10. peak periods

During sales and holidays, carriers may experience slight delays. We’ll keep you updated by email.
